We export goods all over the world for our customers. Simple easy process which takes away the headaches of dealing with export documentation, VAT rebates etc...

Freight & Insurance costs are available upon request. We use the services of DHL, UPS & FedEx and their prices are based on either the actual or volume weight of the consignment. We will provide you with a separate freight cost if requested.

For items where we have provided additional installation & configuration services it may sometimes be necessary to have the goods repacked to ensure adequate security.

Please note that you have an option to appoint your own couriers for the collection of pre-paid orders. There are certain security precautions that will need to be followed. We will require the Name of the appointed freighter, Airway Bill Number, Collection note assigned, Registration number of the collecting Vehicle & name of authorised driver for the company. We request this information in the interest of safety and security for all concerned – No goods will be released unless this information has been provided in advance and you receive a confirmation back from us.

For all export orders, the preferred method of payment is pre-payment by wire transfer including all Bank charges applicable.
